Not covered: accidental damage, cosmetic wear after delivery, commercial use of a domestic mixer, third-party parts, or self-repair.

Free UK next-day delivery on every mixer. No minimum, no threshold. Order before 3pm Monday to Friday — dispatched the same day on DPD. Every mixer is double-boxed and insured in transit.
Scottish Highlands, Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly: free Parcelforce 48, 2–3 working days.
14-day returns under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Free DPD collection. Refund to your original payment method within 3 working days of the mixer arriving back. Your statutory 30-day short-term right to reject under CRA 2015 applies on top of this.

Will my old attachments fit? Anything KitchenAid-branded that fits a tilt-head 4.8L will fit an Artisan. The attachment hub on the front will take any KitchenAid-compatible attachment — meat grinder, pasta roller, ice-cream bowl, etc.
Does it come with a PAT test certificate? Yes. Every unit is PAT-tested before dispatch. The certificate is emailed with your order confirmation.
What if I don't like the colour in person? Return it within 14 days, free collection, full refund.
