Who we share it with
We share data with the minimum number of processors needed to run the shop:
- Shopify — hosting, checkout, order management.
- Shopify Payments / Klarna / ClearPay / PayPal — payment processing.
- DPD / Royal Mail / Parcelforce — delivery.
- Klaviyo — email marketing, if you have opted in.

Each of these providers is a data processor under UK GDPR. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone who does not need it to fulfil your order or the guarantee.

Some of our processors (Shopify, Klaviyo, Google) store data outside the UK, including in the EEA and the US. Transfers are covered by UK-approved Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK-US Data Bridge where relevant.
How long we keep it
- Order records: 7 years (HMRC requirement).
- Warranty records: duration of the 12-month guarantee plus 2 years.
- Marketing email records: until you unsubscribe, plus 30 days to process the unsubscribe.
- "Sell to Us" form submissions: 6 months from the quote, then deleted if no transaction follows.
- Analytics data: 14 months then anonymised or deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct data that is wrong.
- Delete data we no longer need (the "right to be forgotten").

We use a small number of cookies. Essential cookies (cart, checkout, login) run without asking. Non-essential cookies (analytics, marketing pixels) only run after you have accepted them in the cookie banner. You can change your preferences at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the "last updated" date at the top and, for material changes, email anyone on our list.
