Shipping

Free UK next-day delivery on every mixer. No minimum spend, no threshold, no small print.

How we ship

Every mixer is double-boxed, corner-padded and insured in transit. We pack for the courier, not for a showroom — assume the outer box will take a knock. The mixer inside will not.

Carriers

Mainland UK mixers: DPD next-day, tracked, one-hour delivery window.
Attachments and small parts: Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Scottish Highlands, Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly: Parcelforce 48, free. Allow 2–3 working days.
Channel Islands: not currently shipped. Contact us for a quote.

Cut-off and dispatch

Order before 3pm Monday to Friday — dispatched the same day.
Order after 3pm or at the weekend — dispatched the next working day.
We do not dispatch on bank holidays.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed the moment the label is printed. DPD will text and email the recipient on the morning of delivery with a one-hour window. Deliveries can be rerouted to a neighbour, a Pickup shop, or a different day through the DPD app.

Signature on delivery

Mixers require a signature. If no one is in, DPD will attempt redelivery the next working day or leave the parcel at a local Pickup shop. After three failed attempts the parcel returns to us and we will contact you to rearrange.

Damage in transit

Check the outer box before signing. If the box is visibly crushed, sign for it as "damaged" and email us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the mixer. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund. Do not accept the parcel if the damage looks severe.

International

We do not currently ship outside the UK. If you want a mixer shipped to Ireland, mainland Europe or further afield, email batch17uk@gmail.com and we will quote on a case-by-case basis.
